I am Carmen Miller, a solo practitioner based in Clearwater, Florida, with more than 17 years of good standing as a member of the Florida Bar. My career in law began years ago, and I have become an expert in the areas of elder and family law. Prior to founding my business, I served as an assistant public defender in the 13th Circuit of Tampa and Hillsborough County for over 8 years.
During that time, I was the Juvenile Division Chief and held a seat on the Florida Bar's Juvenile Rules Committee. I also held countless hearings, navigated numerous complexities in elder and family law, and helped numerous clients manage the stress and anxiety of their legal issues.

I am proud to leverage my courtroom experience and insights in my current practice. Throughout my career, I have been involved in over 100 trials and filed numerous motions. To share my expertise in the law and help my community, I also host regular, free monthly seminars on Baker Acts.
